Candidates with a valid motorcycle driving license will be given preference.
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Representative in any sales company.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Representatives (SRs) to ensure consistent performance.
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors as per market demand.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activities.
Implement promotional campaigns and ensure proper merchandising at retail points.
Ensure daily order collection and timely payment recovery from the market.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback on market trends, product performance, and competitor strategies.
