• Candidates with a valid motorcycle driving license will be given preference.

• Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Sales Representative in any sales company.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.

• Recruit, train, and supervise Sales Representatives (SRs) to ensure consistent performance.

• Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors as per market demand.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and retailers.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and competitor activities.

• Implement promotional campaigns and ensure proper merchandising at retail points.

• Ensure daily order collection and timely payment recovery from the market.

• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management decision-making.

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide feedback on market trends, product performance, and competitor strategies.
