Job Context:
∎ They are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Territory Sales Manager.
∎ Presently we are looking for candidats from the below districts:
∎ Based in Bogura,Gaibandha,Joypurhat,Naogaon,Sirajganj,Pabna,Natore,Rajshahi,Chapainawabganj,Rangpur,Lalmonirhat,Kurigram,Dinajpur,Thakurgaon,Nilphamari.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequent field visit & develop relationship with our Retailer, Dealer, Sales Representive and Marketing Executive.
∎ Appointing new dealers in gap areas to achieve sales targets.
∎ Meet Annual Business Target as per Annual Business Plan.
∎ Develop Sales problem for your own area.
∎ Develop Sales Strategy & Action Plan for Assigned Segment / Territory.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
∎ Develop & Maintain relationship with our respective Client.
∎ Ensure timely payment from Sales Representive as per company policy .
∎ Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of Business Activity.
∎ Frequent achieve your Territory Target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Food Industry
∎ Should have mental preparation for long hours services in stress situation.
∎ Computer literacy is preferred.
∎ Strong and confident communicator.
∎ Excellent writing skills.
∎ Presentation skills.
∎ Willing to travel frequently as & when required.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
