  • Experience: At List 5 Years (Footwear/FMCG Industry)(SAMRAT/LIBERTY/ LOTO/BATA/APEX/BABOR) Would be preferable
  • Target-Oriented Skills: Goal Setting and Achievement: Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring a consistent focus on achieving them.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales growth, especially in areas where market penetration is lower.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and distribution to ensure smooth operations and effective market strategies.
  • Handling Pressure: Maintain a calm and focused approach to meet sales targets even under high-pressure situations.
  • Footwear Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the footwear industry in the northern part of Bangladesh is essential. The candidate should be aware of consumer preferences, local trends, and competitors in the region.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets for the territory by developing new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in the northern region of Bangladesh.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors’ activities and stay updated on market trends, especially within the footwear industry in the northern part of the country. Identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Sales Team Management: Oversee and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are meeting individual and collective goals. Provide guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Promotional Campaign Execution: Implement promotional campaigns and brand activations in line with company strategies. Analyze the performance of these campaigns to assess their effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and the achievement of targets. Present reports to senior management.
  • Stock and Logistics Management: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure an adequate stock of footwear is available to meet demand in the northern territory. Manage inventory levels at distribution points.
