  • Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

  • Good team player, well-organized

  • The Ideal Candidate should have minimum 08 years relevant practical Territory Sales Manager position experience.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for “Territory Sales Manager (TSM)” for Rani Food Industries Ltd. a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh to lead Sales Team.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure satisfactory level of achievement of given target within planned time frame.

  • Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.

  • Develop & manage area wise sales & distribution channel.

  • Work closely with Sales Officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.

  • Ensure coverage of product availability in assigned job area through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.

  • It is a extensive travel oriented position & have to work in field to achieve target as well as manage assigned task on time.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills is required.

  • To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required

  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proactive attitude to promote product and brand image of the company.

  • Achieve short and long term sales goal of the company.

  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
