We are looking for “Territory Sales Manager (TSM)” for Rani Food Industries Ltd. a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh to lead Sales Team.
Job Description / Responsibility
This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure satisfactory level of achievement of given target within planned time frame.
Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
Develop & manage area wise sales & distribution channel.
Work closely with Sales Officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
Ensure coverage of product availability in assigned job area through development of new distribution and manage existing distribution.
It is a extensive travel oriented position & have to work in field to achieve target as well as manage assigned task on time.
Analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of repot as required
Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
Proactive attitude to promote product and brand image of the company.
Achieve short and long term sales goal of the company.
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
