Field Sales, Marketing and Sales

Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Thorough understanding of sales and marketing process
∎ Natural leading capacity and clear understanding of the team building process
∎ Ability to execute plans or orders
Job Responsibilities:
∎ One of your major tasks is to appoint distributors or dealers in your assigned areas
∎ Leading a sales team of multiple SR in assigned areas
∎ Daily assurance of remittance
∎ Proper checking of memo and on time reporting to assigned boss
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan and execute it accordingly
∎ Visit and monitor distributors and client regularly and control the overall business activities accordingly
∎ Willingness to build customer relationship and develop a proper network with the stakeholders
∎ Confirmation of daily sales order and collection for the team and report to the company accordingly
∎ Train and coach the SRs in favor of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technological affinity (friendly to Zoom cloud meeting, email and other online platforms.
