Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly sales target for assigned territory
Manage and monitor Sales Representatives / SR / Field Force
Visit dealers, distributors & retail market regularly
Ensure product availability, display & brand visibility
Collect market feedback, competitor activity, pricing updates
Identify new sales opportunities & open potential Dealer
Execute promotions, schemes, offers as guided by NSM / Head Office
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly territory sales reports
Ensure timely collection of payments
Build and maintain strong dealer & customer relationships
