Responsibilities & Context:
  • Address customer queries related to products, orders, delivery schedules, pricing, and payments.

  • Responding to Customer queries via phone, email. Moreover providing accurate information about products or services.

  • Prepare and process sales orders.

  • Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain customer records, sales contracts, and order files.

  • Update daily/weekly/monthly sales and customer service reports.

  • Maintain records of sales returns.
