Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Major Marketing any reputed university.
∎ Candidate from Public University will get Preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make effective sales plan and ensure the sales target, continuous sales growth at a minimum cost, in the respective territory.
∎ Direct, assist, and supervise the sales personnel for maintaining and improving the company's competitive position.
∎ Evaluate the sales opportunities in the territory and act accordingly to avail the best output from it.
∎ Controlling the sale team in line with the set KPIs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy specially in MS-Office.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in the similar position from a well reputed FMCG company
∎ A Valid Driving License & Ability to drive motorcycle is preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
