Job Context:
∎ JS Enterprise - A sole distributor of Mamy Poko Diaper, Sofy Sanitary Napkin. Currently JS Enterprise is looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for the following position.
∎ Department - Sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and achieve sales targets and growth by successful managing the sales team members.
∎ Effective planning & Execution of trade promotion & consumer promotion.
∎ Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly to the authority regarding sales, coverage, collection & competitive activity.
∎ Achieve assigned territory wise sales target by maximizing sales activity.
∎ Ensure smooth running of Distributor.
∎ Explore the new business opportunities to strengthen the portfolio.
∎ Develop trusting relationship with the Distributor.
∎ Traders and customers Excellent trade relation with different.
∎ Will be responsible to serve dealers and retailers.
∎ Update and maintain stock list.
∎ To procure and ensure timely procession of sales order from customers in time.
∎ Ability to go through in details on the Market Share and find out opportunities for new market growth.
∎ Other tasks as assigned by the reporting boss.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 5 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media like whatsapp, messenger, imo etc.
∎ Sound knowledge about Product Consumption, Costing and the Pricing Process/Procedure.
∎ Minimum 2/5 years of working experience in relevant position, preferably in reputed Diaper Company.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 31000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
