Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
∎ Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records.
∎ Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity.
∎ Submit regular sales reports to higher management.
∎ Job Location: only for Only Rajshahi and Rangpur (Division)
