∎ Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Consumer Items sales/Marketing or preferably in a managerial role
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
∎ Must have ability to build and manage own team.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
