Experience:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive sell-in and sell-out through dealer networks.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, product performance, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
Ensure product availability, display standards, and brand guidelines at dealer points.
Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance and identify opportunities.
Plan and execute local promotional activities, product demos, and dealer meets.
Implement brand visibility initiatives such as POP materials, signage, and display units.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Track KPIs like secondary sales, primary sales, stock levels, and market share.
Analyze territory performance and recommend corrective actions.
Handle escalations related to product issues, service complaints, and dealer concerns.
