• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Drive sell-in and sell-out through dealer networks.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, product performance, and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.

• Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.

• Ensure product availability, display standards, and brand guidelines at dealer points.

• Conduct regular dealer visits to review performance and identify opportunities.

• Plan and execute local promotional activities, product demos, and dealer meets.

• Implement brand visibility initiatives such as POP materials, signage, and display units.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

• Track KPIs like secondary sales, primary sales, stock levels, and market share.

• Analyze territory performance and recommend corrective actions.

• Handle escalations related to product issues, service complaints, and dealer concerns.
