∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in rice or agro-based product sales.
∎ Experience in handling dealers/distributors and field staff.
∎ Must have strong knowledge of the local market and distribution network.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
∎ Implement trade promotions and schemes as per company strategy.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and potential distribution points.
∎ Collect and analyze competitor and market intelligence data.
∎ Ensure timely collections and resolve any market-related issues.
∎ Submit regular sales reports, route plans, and performance updates to senior management.
