Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
∎ Ensure proper market penetration and increase product visibility.
∎ Conduct field visits to monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers to promote company products.
∎ Organize promotional activities such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and training sessions.
∎ Maintain close communication with existing clients and resolve their queries effectively.
∎ Gather customer feedback and relay it to management for product/service improvements.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize sales.
∎ Assist in pricing strategies and promotional offers to enhance product sales.
∎ Ensure proper stock availability at distributor and retailer levels.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights to the management.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
∎ Ensure timely collection of payments from clients as per company policies.
