Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve rice sales targets within the assigned territory.
Identify new markets, dealers, and distributors for expanding rice sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide business insights.
Ensure timely collection of payments and proper distribution management.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Conduct promotional activities, trade marketing, and ensure brand visibility in the market.
