Responsibilities & Context:
Lead daily meetings, share targets, and conduct strategic meetings.
Plan and conduct market visits with ESR to monitor stock levels and fill gaps.
Visit core shops, take orders, and share DSR reports.
Visit dealers for stock refills and negotiations.
Support core shop owners and OSRs.
Analyze sales and stock data, review ESR reports, and monitor daily target achievements.
Resolve market issues, identify work gaps, and ensure adherence to sales standards and transparent transactions.
Regular Travel to market locations.
Flexible hours, including occasional evening meetings.
