Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead daily meetings, share targets, and conduct strategic meetings.
∎ Plan and conduct market visits with ESR to monitor stock levels and fill gaps.
∎ Visit core shops, take orders, and share DSR reports.
∎ Visit dealers for stock refills and negotiations.
∎ Support core shop owners and OSRs.
∎ Analyze sales and stock data, review ESR reports, and monitor daily target achievements.
∎ Resolve market issues, identify work gaps, and ensure adherence to sales standards and transparent transactions.
∎ Regular Travel to market locations.
∎ Flexible hours, including occasional evening meetings.
