Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales and collection of Engineering Products (Generator/Compressor/Lift) against yearly sales target.
∎ Sales query collection from different market like bank, real state, Textiles and Garments Industries, Construction, agro Industries and so on.
∎ To understand customer demands and accordingly input to company's internal software (TIF) offer create, work on SAP, communicate to Store for process to delivery.
∎ Financial proposal checking and submit to respective client.
∎ Attend technical & financial negotiation meeting with clients.
∎ Conduct regular and frequent visits to clients & consultants with the purpose of building upon company relationships resulting in the generation for new business.
∎ Collaborate with sales team and office staffs towards the successful achievement.
∎ After getting the order, necessary document collection from clients, history of work order preparation and submission to our Head of the Dept. for approval.
∎ Follow up SCM & Project dept. for successfully delivery, installation & commissioning of generator.
∎ Ensure timely payment collection.
∎ Attends all regularly scheduled meetings called by Sales Management Team or Directors.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with the other supporting departments through clear communication and follow-up.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
∎ Different types of report preparation and submission as per supervisor’s direction.
∎ Prepare elaborate plan of sales activities and evaluate feasibility, targeting the customer segment.
∎ Preparing bi-weekly report as well as associated reports & presentation of Team.
∎ Ensure support to the client technically, especially in load calculation, rating selection, system mechanism & solution, operational scheme etc.
∎ Coordinating with internal stakeholders like service, warehouse and project team to ensure timely delivery and installation of product.
∎ Monitoring and assisting team members with sales related support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering product sales (Generator/Lift/Compressor)
∎ Clear understanding about Generator market.
∎ Good communication & presentation skill.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively and ability to work under pressure.
