∎ HSC/Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create Distributor / Dealer in every potential area& insure primary and secondary sale
∎ Regular visit to all retailers, maintaining and increasing sales and other relevant targets of specified area of responsibility
∎ Setting sales targets and make a plan to achieve the target
∎ Monitoring distributors' performance and their stock allocation down the channel
∎ Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance
∎ Compiling and analyzing territory sales figures and communicating to head quarter
∎ Collecting customer feedback and participating in market research
∎ Keeping himself and team members up to date with products and competitors
∎ Taking lead in trade marketing activities and ensuring brand and product visibility in retail outlets
∎ Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the senior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sales & Marketing
∎ Require excellent computer skills in MS Office
∎ Knowledge and experience working with distributors network in Bangladesh
∎ Hard worker and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
∎ Possess good interpersonal communication, good oral and writing skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
