Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/B.Sc/M.Sc from any reputed UGC approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan for proper sourcing & on time delivery of required items
∎ Source supplier for required sourcing and maintain regular communication with suppliers to meet smooth & on time delivery.
∎ Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase
∎ Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers
∎ Liaise with store to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters
∎ Make sure inventory control and ensure minimum stock level
∎ To collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for management decision
∎ To keep up to date information for all purchased materials
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process purchase order and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
∎ To justify competitive price, quality, service, credit duration, prompt supply etc. for any purchase
∎ Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties & Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery & prepare updated suppliers list and submit it to management
∎ Perform cost and scenario analysis and bench marking
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-4 year experience in Corporate Sales
∎ Excellent presentation skill is required
∎ Go-getters and patience

Salary: Negotiable
