Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory sales budget and achieve sales target (customer and product wise)
∎ Initiate the proposal of credit customer and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy
∎ Identify overdue customer and seek help of Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts
∎ Encourage building of strong network in the segment of stockiest and retailers' level
∎ Collect information on competitor's product and activities and report to Regional Sales Manager
∎ Evaluate the key performance of team members on monthly basis
∎ Provide on the job training to field force and monitor their performance
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Good understanding on agricultural sales profession.
∎ Ability to ride motorcycle with legal driving license.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively .
