Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): In Automobile industry, In Farm Machineries, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement marketing methods to attract potential customers;
∎ Maintain and extend consumer base by developing and maintaining relationships with key customers;
∎ Collect data on new prospects and follow-up and sales conversion;
∎ Meet sales targets and create a new market spectrum;
∎ Handle credit sales and collection;
∎ Supervision and monitoring of the team members;
∎ Promoting new/existing product lines to potential customers;
∎ Organize and coordinate various kinds of meetings, product demos, and other brand promotional activities on existing/new items in order to raise product awareness;
∎ If necessary, represent the company in government offices, banks, NGOs, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a strong desire to comprehend the agricultural machinery business;
∎ Must be self-motivated and possess good work ethics;
∎ Capability to prepare monthly and quarterly reports on time;
∎ Must be a competent team player;
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
∎ Must have a valid motorcycle driver's license;
∎ Must be persuasive and ready to do a lot of legwork.
