Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select/create a micro distributor (HUB) for market and sales development according to the business plan and strategy.
∎ Able to meet the company's revenue target.
∎ Work closely with department heads in the implementation of strategies regionally.
∎ Monitor and ensure each territory's sales activities.
∎ Strengthen the relationship with each partner/ Distributor and meet them locally.
∎ Provide administrative support to all HQ staff.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on HUB expansion, lifting, and sales penetration.
∎ Prepare daily/ monthly travel plans as per business expansion and development.
