Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record financial transactions and maintain an up-to-date ledger.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
∎ Follow up on outstanding receivables and update the Finance team.
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports, including expense tracking and cash flow analysis.
∎ Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data.
∎ Collaborate and communicate with partners and banks.
∎ Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
∎ As an Officer/Executive, Finance at Jitaprime, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by analyzing, coordinating, and optimizing various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Record financial transactions and maintain an up-to-date ledger.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
∎ Follow up on outstanding receivables and update the Finance team.
∎ Prepare monthly financial reports, including expense tracking and cash flow analysis.
