Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a sales analytic & category lead at Jitaprime, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by analyzing, coordinating and optimizing various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Assisting the OPS team in improving operational revenue by meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
∎ Setting KPIs for the field team and actively driving sales growth.
∎ Leading data collection and analysis of field operations, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
∎ Be a lead in managing communications with corporate partners and overseeing and troubleshooting various aspects of the partnerships.
∎ Offering data-driven insights to the business with realistic implementation plan.
∎ Generating reports and presentations to analyze competition, customer behavior and market trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Logical and convincing communicator.
∎ Ownership and decision-making capacity.
∎ Ability to work diligently under pressure.
∎ Strong follow-up and monitoring abilities.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
