Responsibilities & Context:
Select/create a micro distributor (HUB) for market and sales development according to the business plan and strategy.
Manage companies’ relationship with Partners; resolve issues & communicate solution to thefield.
Strengthen the relationship with each partner/ Distributor and meet them locally.
Able to meet the company’s revenue target.·
Work closely with department heads in the implementation of strategies regionally.
Monitor and ensure each territory’s sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on HUB expansion, lifting, and sales penetration.
Prepare daily/ monthly travel plans as per business expansion and development.
