Job Title: Senior Operations Manager/ Head of Sales pathway to National Operation Manager

Job Location: Dhaka

Job Description:

  • Drive sales to achieve targets.

  • Solid understanding of FMCG Sales/ distribution and rural markets.

  • Inspire and lead team as a role model, while upholding high ethical standards.

  • Prepare annual business plan and implement strategies to achieve the target.

  • Explore new markets and ensure maximum outputs from the existing market.

  • Work closely with the sales force and monitor day to day performance.

  • Strengthening the relationship with each partner, attend different meetings on need basis.

  • Lead to prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on HUB expansion, lifting, company penetration and submit to the related stakeholder.

  • New partner development.



Job Other Benifits:
