Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the sales force.
∎ To ensure proper discipline in the operation.
∎ Day to day, Monthly business planning.
∎ Credit outstanding Management.
∎ Proper planning to control aged merchandise.
∎ Any other specific tasks / jobs assigned by the Operation Manager any time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Very good in analytical and negotiation skill
∎ Good in report writing and fluent in excel and power point
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Should be able to travel all over Bangladesh frequently
∎ Should have good problem solving and negotiation skills
∎ Possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
∎ Market analytical ability
∎ Able to meet deadline.
