∎ Age at most 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for territory sales & marketing activities of Aqua healthcare products.
∎ Achieving assigned territory's monthly sales target and reporting monthly to line manager.
∎ Gathering & prioritize market/customer requirements and taking necessary action plan.
∎ Managing short & long-term product planning (demand & forecasting) and implementation of marketing plans, which influences sales.
∎ Ensuring appropriate knowledge sharing of sustainable aquaculture with Aquaculture stakeholders.
∎ Visiting Aqua farms extensively and address challenges of Aqua farmers and taking remedy action.
∎ Conducting group meeting and scientific seminar with Aqua farmers and other stakeholders in need basis.
∎ Monitoring competitors’ marketing & sales activities and report monthly and modified operating plan accordingly aligned with line manager.
∎ Monthly reporting end-user feedback of Aqua healthcare products.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle, undertake extensive tour and stationed at any district/town
