• Candidate should be self-motivated, energetic, and hard-working.

• Practical experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email communication

• Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people every day.

• Prepare an action plan to achieve monthly sales targets of the territory.

• Assist in appointing new distributors and help weak distributors in developing sales.

• Communicate with distributor to ensure product availability, product lifting and ensuring delivery of products to outlets.

• Visit outlets and distributors` warehouses within the respective territory periodically to reduce the damage.

• Monitor daily orders and deliveries through digital sales application.

• Focus on new customer development and retention of existing customers to achieve sales growth.

• Prepare the reports (e.g. secondary sales report, target vs. achievement, memo report etc.) and submit it to the Zonal Manager (ZM) on a regular basis.
