∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution management, Sales & Marketing, Trade Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appointing the potential partners & establishing the retail points in the respective territory including identifying, assessment, negotiations & confirming the business engagement.
∎ Analyzing the market and prepare a distribution plan for respective territory growth.
∎ Identifying opportunities for partners' business growth.
∎ Monitoring the day to day activities of partners.
∎ Evaluating the performance of partners & retail points.
∎ Maintain regular business relationship with partners & retail outlets of the respective territory.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted services to all partners & retail outlets.
∎ Generate retail outlet wise volume target to achieve the total volume target of the respective territory.
∎ Ensure excellence in the execution of any central campaign in the respective territory.
∎ Managing the entire merchandising activities of the respective territory.
∎ Ensure Regular physical visit to retail points and act as an advisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in FMCG will be preferred
∎ Good Computer literacy is required
∎ Motorcycle riding capability with a valid license

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance
