Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the whole operation, establishing retail point
∎ Develop distribution plan & identify new opportunities for market growth
∎ Generate sales volume and revenue target for the respective territories
∎ Assist and train TIC team for ensuring maximum sales growth and productivity
∎ Market visit to the retail points to solve conflicts in partners & retails points
∎ Regular visit at partners, retails & territories to solve issues and ensure uninterrupted services
∎ Make plan to ensure excellence in execution of any central campaign

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Expertise in Sales, Distribution management, Trade marketing
∎ Experience in FMCG will be preferred
∎ Good Computer literacy is required
∎ Must have team management capability

Salary: Negotiable
