Responsibilities & Context:
- Analyzing the bidding documents.
- Preparing the summary of bidding documents and qualification criteria.
- Material quantity takeout from tender drawing and preparing comparison sheet for the related materials.
- Providing assistance in calculating direct and indirect cost during the tender period.
- Preparing Request for quotation (RFQ) for the suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Collecting related material and construction cost from the local market, local/ international suppliers, sub-contractors and Updating material database.
- Collecting information for upcoming and ongoing projects.
