Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
1-2 years of relevant experience in government tender management, e-GP tender submission, or proposal writing preferred.
Good understanding of government procurement procedures and tender submission processes.
Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Proactively search for relevant tenders through e-GP portal, government portals, procurement websites, and other reliable sources.
Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to assess eligibility criteria, scope, and submission requirements.
Regularly communicate with suppliers to collect quotations and clarify technical or commercial requirements related to tenders.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary documentation, technical and financial data.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals as per client specifications and within deadlines.
Maintain and regularly update a tender database, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and timely follow-ups.
Build and sustain effective communication and relationships with procurement authorities, clients, and vendors.
Attend tender-related meetings, briefings, and site visits as required.
Monitor tender outcomes, analyze results, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay informed on relevant industry trends, government tender regulations (including e-GP system), and competitor activities.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the management of Bridge Chemie.
