Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing, Telemarketing and direct sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the services
∎ Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Answering questions about services or the company
∎ Asking the right questions to engage customers and keep the conversations long
∎ Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone call to achieve the target.
∎ Briefing the benefits of the respective course to the customers
∎ Using utmost friendly, polite and convincing tone
∎ Doing regular follow-up with the contacts and leads.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Handling and solving customer queries and grievances.
∎ Performing according to monthly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in customer service role is preferable
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
