• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 18 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Job Context:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads.

• Present, promote, and sell company services over the phone

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in CRM systems

• Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams

• Up-sell and cross-sell products and services whenever possible

• Stay updated on service-related knowledge, pricing, and promotions

• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
