- Experience in client hunting & buyer communication (Email, LinkedIn, BD, Alibaba, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of apparel, fabrics, trims, and order management.
- Skilled in digital marketing, lead generation & online research.
- Smart, presentable, confident, and target-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines

TexGlobe International Ltd., a leading garments buying house & global sourcing company, is looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand international clients, generate new orders, and manage digital marketing & client communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop new international buyers (client hunting) through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & global platforms.
- Maintain strong communication with existing buyers and follow up regularly.
- Present TexGlobe products, capacity, and capabilities to potential clients.
- Identify new market opportunities (USA, EU, UK, Canada, Middle East).
- Collaborate with merchandising & production teams for smooth order execution.
- Manage order inquiries, costing, and negotiation with buyers.
- Plan and run digital marketing activities for buyer outreach.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
