Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the cable showrooms in the assigned region to achieve sales and collection targets
Drive showroom promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to increase product visibility and sales
Oversee daily showroom operations, including product display, merchandising, and inventory management
Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff to ensure high sales performance and service standards
Set KPIs for showroom teams, monitor performance, and provide guidance for improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, and key stakeholders
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer need to identify business opportunities
Prepare and present regular reports on regional sales, collections, stock levels, and customer feedback
Support execution of regional marketing strategies, promotional events, and trade fairs
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and brand standards across all showrooms
