Responsibilities & Context:

TexGlobe Buying House, a sister concern of Webfixur Group, is an Global -based apparel sourcing and manufacturing partner offering complete garment solutions—including knit, woven, denim, and private-label products—for both international and local clients.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research & networking.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and generate leads.

  • Participate in bidding/tendering processes when applicable.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Identify trends and customer needs to develop new services or improve existing offerings.

  • Meet or exceed business development targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into long-term partnerships.

  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.

  • Any other task assigned by management.
