What You'll Do
Make sales calls to potential businesses and present our e-commerce solutions
Explaining our SaaS product and its benefits to customers in detail.
Understanding the customer’s needs and proposing services suitable for them
Expanding the client base and maximizing business potential.
Consistently achieve sales targets and actively contribute to sustainable business growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using the CRM system
Requirements
Previous experience in a telesales or sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A target-driven mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
Knowledge of e-commerce or IT is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is required
Must have a smartphone/laptop
Graduation completed, appearing and Freshers with relevant IT or eCommerce website maintenance knowledge are welcome to apply
