  1. Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook page inbox, and social media platforms

  2. Respond to customer queries professionally and quickly

  3. Convert customer inquiries into sales leads and clients

  4. Follow up with potential customers regularly

  5. Provide after-sales customer support and service updates

  6. Maintain customer communication records and follow-up status

  7. Coordinate with internal team members regarding customer requirements

  8. Build and maintain good relationships with clients

  9. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure proper support
