Job Context:
∎ Job Detail:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
∎ Location: This position will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and will also involve travelling across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
∎ Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Respond to customer queries promptly.
∎ Attend relevant training as per advice.
∎ Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and always protect the D&B brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ A professional phone manner.
∎ MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
∎ Experience:
∎ 3 to 5 years of relevant as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
∎ Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage
Salary: Negotiable
