Job Context:
∎ Job Detail:
∎ We are looking for a high-performing Senior Manager/ Manager Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
∎ Location: This position will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and will also involve travelling across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for meeting the allocated sales targets.
∎ Selling services within the D&B portfolio to the entire financial sector, capital market, corporate, government and SME sectors.
∎ Having knowledge of trade associations and aid agencies working locally and being responsible for market/business development.
∎ Involved in relationship building /management with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Having knowledge of the importance of data and analytics and accordingly devising/executing appropriate marketing / promotional efforts.
∎ Post-sale relationship management

∎ Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
∎ Good communication and networking skills
∎ Good prospecting skills
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment
∎ MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency
∎ Experience:
∎ 3 to 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
∎ Trade and Compliance experience preferred (but not mandatory)
