∎ Handle inbound & outbound calls (6:40 PM - 4:00 AM)
∎ Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers
∎ Explain our products & close sales with confidence
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & loyalty
∎ Maintain records & update CRM system
