Job Responsibilities:
∎ Tele-calling for Interior Decoration & Service.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Update customer information on database after every call.
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual sales.
∎ Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately.
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Outbound calls, Sales Representative, Tele marketing, tele sales,
∎ Candidates must be flexible to work both at office;
∎ Customer Friendly Voice;
∎ Sales man ship;
∎ Positive Attitude;
∎ Good communication skill in Bengali;
∎ Basic Computer Literacy.
