Context

Tele Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to promote products or services, respond to inquiries, provide product information, and close sales deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold. Must known about Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products or services. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. 
2. Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls related to sales inquiries. Provide detailed information about products or services to customers. Answer questions and address concerns, aiming to resolve them effectively and efficiently. 
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities. Update customer information as required and track progress of sales leads. 
4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company`s products or services. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors` offerings. Communicate product benefits clearly to customers.

(Salary will raise after 3 month to 12,000BDT) Current offer- 5000BDT+ commission
