Job Context: OLAB is an EdTech company offering courses like digital marketing, graphic design, UX/UI design etc. with industry professionals as mentors. We provide practical training and equip students with the skills needed for career success. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at OLAB. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and closing sales through telephone conversations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming & outgoing calls.

  • Meet up the monthly sales target.

  • Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.

  • Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.

  • Stay informed about competitor products, industry trends, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Briefing the benefits of the respective course to the customers.

  • Must be conscious of the due collections.

  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, create organic growth and increase sales volumes.
