In this role, you will be assigned the following responsibilities -

• Make inbound &outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Curate potential leads for property clients in locations of Dhaka through online search.

• Conduct cold calls to reach the leads and establish a relationship to convert to agreed prospects

• Provide telephonic support to the client during the onboarding process, maintaining full compliance as per company policy

• Adhere to the provided scripts for different topics during calls.

• Address customer inquiries while promoting services and products as instructed.

• Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.

• Regularly follow up with existing and new potential clients using the designated in-sheet.

• Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.

Educational Requirements: Honors/Degree in any discipline (Complete/Ongoing)
