Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call Customers regularly
∎ Let them know about company product
∎ Understand the Product Knowledge
∎ Achieve Monthly sales target
∎ Onboard clients and bring revenue
∎ Follow up with clients regularly
∎ Handle rejection
∎ Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
∎ Go for the Extra Mile mentality
∎ Report regularly to the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Interpersonal skill
∎ Analytical skills.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
